Our Team

From its inception, VTSP has been guided by a singular mission: to deliver world-class, hands-on education in innovation and entrepreneurship, taught by practitioners with direct experience building and investing in high-growth ventures.

Our founding team consists of accomplished entrepreneurs and educators who have collectively built and scaled companies to $10M+ in revenue, developed products used by hundreds of thousands of users, raised capital from leading venture firms including Y Combinator, and invested in transformative technology companies such as OpenAI - spanning the full lifecycle from ideation and product development to fundraising, growth, and scale.

With academic and professional backgrounds across Stanford, UC Berkeley, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, and other leading institutions, the VTSP team uniquely combines intellectual rigor with operational excellence. VTSP was intentionally designed to bridge the gap between theory and execution, giving students direct exposure to the real-world frameworks, decision-making, and challenges faced by founders and investors.

Below are members of VTSP’s Program Team and Advisory Board who lead VTSP’s curriculum, mentorship, and student experience.
